WHAT DID I DO?
well first i had to use the eraser and lasso tool to edit my photo, i got rid of my shoulders and reshaped my neck, next i deleted the spaces between my hair and eyelashes, then i tried to darkened my skin tine with color adjusting but it didn't work, then i had to resize and rotate my head, then cropped my head. next i used the lasso and eraser to get rid of the girls head and used the eye dropper, paint bucket and rubber stamp to get rid of her hair on his shoulder then i zoomed in and cleaned up the edges.
What was difficult?
Trying to change my shin tone took half of the day and i eventually discovered it didn't work, and reshaping my neck was hard to.
Technical difficulties

Well my skin tone was to pale and pasty and took away from the picture and reshaping my head just right was hard to, it came out kind big : /
